JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for on-going activities related to the successful operation of a retail store that has a restaurant / food preparation area.

Engages in food prep activities. Ensures inventory is stocked, and maintains the cleanliness of the store. Provides customer service and engages in financial transactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• One (1) or more years Experience working in retail environment (Preferred)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

• Follows procedures and processes required for all payment transactions (credit card, cash, check, etc.), restricted product sales (tobacco, alcohol, lottery, gift cards, etc.

and all general store procedures

• Follows all related food safety regulation requirements (preparation, food handling, storage)
• Follows all related food policies of franchise operation including required certifications
